Q: Do you deliver Australia wide?
A: Yes. Please ask for your quote. We deliver to most parts of Australia.

Q : Do you deliver door to door?
A : All prices are quoted door to door unless specified.

Q : Do you supply Cash on Delivery ?
A : No , all payments are strictly via credit card, cheque or direct deposit.

Q : Assuming I buy a Sofa and the product is damaged or not what I ordered ?
A : We will provide you with a full refund. The procedure is that a photograph is to be sent to us within 24 hours of receipt of the
- - -item, we will then make arrangements to collect the product and refund you on collection.

Q : Can I pick the item of furniture myself?
A : Yes, you can. Our warehouse is situated at 11 Alex Avenue, Moorabbin. We require 48 hours notice prior to collection.

 

Fabric

Q : What fabrics do you use on your sofas ?
A : Cotton's, Microsuedes, Linen, Herribngbone are used extensively by us.
- - -Brands such as Warwick, Verve and Millennium fabrics are also available through us. Please check fabric options.

Q : If I want to inspect a fabric sample prior to purchase?
A : Please check the fabric colour from our list of fabrics and provide us your address via email.

 

Manufacture

Q : When I receive the Sofa, is there any additional work ?
A : Just unpack fit legs on to the couch or couches.

Q : How long would you take to manufacture a sofa in a design and colour that I want?
A : We would take 60-70 days to make your sofa.

Q : How long would you take to manufacture a colour that I want?
A : Assuming we have the colour sample you so require and you approve it, we would take 45-55 days to make your sofa.

Q : Do you manufacture any other furniture other than Sofas?
A : Yes we hope to manufacture Coffee tables and Dining tables.

Microsuede & Stains

Q : How durable is Microsuede?
A : Microsuede has water repellent qualities, there fore water beads up on it and does not absorb unless under pressure.
- - -To maintain Microsuede use a simple coat brush or any brush with a mild bristle. Rub gently and your fabric will look like new.

Q : Does Microsuede Stain?
A : Most household stains can be removed using water , soap and a sponge.
- - -Unless the stain has a very potent chemical composition it is very likely to come off.

Q : If I have a stain that cannot be removed?
A : Call us immediately. We have stain removers in stock

 

Warranty

Q : If I have a warranty claim within the warranty period , what do I do?
A : Send us an e-mail or photo by post with a short description of the problem. We will have a registered upholsterer in your area
- - -visit and remedy the product or have a full refund effected and the Sofa removed.

Q : Is there a Money Back Guarantee ?
A : All product is sold with a money back guarantee. Transport costs (one way) are borne by the buyer. If a piece of furniture sold
- - -by Frog's is defective, we reserve the right to replace the item or offer you a full refund.

Q : Why is the sofa priced so competitively?
A :Because you are buying direct and from a manufacturer.
